		<description>Yay! Raspberries are my FAV! Seriously love their little spongy texture and the tart follow. So happy they&#039;re getting their day in the sun!

Also, just saw Alton Brown&#039;s episode on freezing fruit. If at the very least, put them in the fridge (coated w/a special concoction) to let them cool down prior to placing them in the freezer. They freeze consistently and without the obnoxious enzymes breaking down the fruit into mush.</description>
