OFF TOPIC and FUN: Part of being a mom, I’m learning, is going with the flow and being creative about how to make it work.  We did about 10 takes of this vlog, and nothing was working because Sienna just wasn’t having it. Every time I said the word “organized”, she would make a funny noise.  (As I said in a previous vlog, there’s a new CEO in town and it ain’t me!)

Here is one of our funny blooper outakes below.  Instead of forcing the issue, we just did the vlog while giving her a bath.  That worked!  :)

So many of you asked me, “What will fix my wrinkles?”

Yes, we sell organic skincare products that focus on anti-aging with fresh antioxidants. Yes, we help people to have gorgeous skin. But I want our message to be much deeper than about fixing your skin. I want women to feel beautiful regardless of what the physical state is – wrinkles and all!

Ways to feel beautiful
  • Look in the mirror and point out one gorgeous thing about yourself
  • Go to YouTube and find something to laugh about
  • Put on some funky music and DANCE
  • Listen to something meaningful that inspires
  • Get comfortable without putting make up on!

“So many of you asked me, ‘What will fix my wrinkles?’”

In my book, wrinkles are proof of happiness and smiles.

Want some inspiration? Look at this video of my baby (3 months old yesterday!) squealing with delight at discovering herself in the mirror for the first time. Let it be a lesson for all of us.
